Savour the flavours of a bona fide Mediterranean marketplace at The Knolls’ all new Sunday Brunch.
Sunday Brunch at The Knolls will feature a vibrant buffet selection along with surprising weekly specials to look forward to.
On 10 June 2012, starting the series off will be Celebrity Guest Chef Julien Bompard, chef and owner of Saint Julien, who will be bringing his specialty “Bouillabaisse”.
Chef Julien brings experience from several Michelin star restaurants in the Riviera. His “Bouillabaisse” is a special tribute to his family.
Sunday Brunch weekly menu highlights include:
- Baked seabass in a salt-crust
- Beef “wellington” stuffed with foie gras, baked in puff pastry
- Crispy Spanish style suckling pig
- Barbeque stations with meats and vegetables cooked ‘a la minute’

Weekend Lunch at Cassia
